ICON EVOLVE PROGRAM
Program Requirements
MINIMUM CLASS REQUIREMENT
Dancers in this program must take a minimum of 1 Ballet Class, 2 Jazz Classes and at least 1 Choreography Class (Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theater and/or Hip Hop). Acro class is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
MAXIMUM MISSED CLASSES
Dancers in this program may not have more than 3 unexcused absences from regular classes. (Dancers are still able to miss with no penalties, for illness, family emergencies or extenuating circumstances)
COMPETITION REQUIREMENT
Dancers in this program will be expected to compete in at least 1 large group routine and one other group routine (small or medium) Groups are dependant on availability. Dancers will be able to compete in the Duet/Trio and Solo categories.
What is this program for?
We hope to provide dancers who wish to compete at a higher level the opportunity to train and dance with like-minded dancers. This does not mean that ICON dancers not in the program will not be able to compete.
Dancers who choose to enter this program will be expected to adhere to the requirements of the program. These dancers will compete separately from the main competitive team.
If dancers are unable to keep up with the requirements above, they will be removed from the program. They will still be able to compete on the main competitive team.
